from / to labels

Hello,
I'm trying to find a way to add search filters "from" and "to". Quite new to loki / qryn, I searched about labels but didn't make it through.

I saw that, in loki, "Label values must always be bounded".
Is there a way to add custom labels / filters ? or should I just use the "Full-Text Regex Search" field ?
