Help converting old code from node-libcurl

Currently porting some old code from 'node-libcurl' to 'got'.
Everything is going well and the come is so much leaner, I'm just having a hard time on how to upload a file to my server.
Can someone help porting this code to 'got' I could not find my way into the documentation.

Found the solution after some more fiddling. Sorry for the noise!
