WebM videos with transparent background have black background

Hello,

on my Windows machine I have a folder with a few WebM-videos which show comic and video game characters moving up and down with a transparent background. Using the program Wallpaper Engine I have made an HTML-file that plays the videos randomly in the lower right of my desktop giving the illusion that these characters are waking up and down on the taskbar what looks really cute :-)

I wanted to duplicate this now on my Mac and came across this tool and it loads the HTML-file fine and the videos load and play randomly, however the transparency is gone and the characters have a black background around them. Is this not supported by Plash or is there a setting I need to change?

Plash makes the background transparent, but it's up to you to ensure the website and video player have transparent background. I'm not even sure if web video players support transparent backgrounds. Stack Overflow is better for general web development support.
