For our initial version the chat application only needs to support UTF-8 text entries and standard emoji entries.

We should specifically support using <Cmd/Control>+Enter to allow the user to enter multiple line breaks.

Otherwise we should ensure that hitting Enter sends the current text of the chat reply input control.

As you mentioned "standard emoji entries" -> do we need something like an emoji picker?
