Add more projects from SimpleIdServer.Scim to NuGet

Hello!

I have a "SCIM service" project that currently depends on SimpleIdServer. Some of the projects that this service depends on are apparently not published on NuGet, so I have forked and cloned the SimpleIdServer repo in order to use this code.

Specifically I use the following projects which are not on NuGet:

• SimpleIdServer.Scim.SqliteMigrations
• SimpleIdServer.Scim.Client

Would it be possible for you to publish these projects on NuGet as well?

You created the ticket at the perfect time! The 5.0.3 release has been published today, and both NuGet packages are now available.

Great! I might have been wrong in saying that SimpleIdServer.Scim.Client was not on NuGet, it has 5.9k downloads and many different versions are available. My bad! Anyway it's nice to see the SqliteMigrations published and the new release 👍
