Slow loading next chapter, add loading indicator

When progressing to the next chapter in a book, the page can sometimes take a few seconds to load. It would be a good idea to add some kind of loading indicator, so it's clearly loading the next page.

It might make sense to also render a skeleton of the reader view without any text instead of just displaying a blank background.
