Raw Temperature not going below 100F

I recently hooked up my GE Oven and I'm trying to add a graph to the dashboard to track the oven temp. Raw_temperature seems to work correctly when the oven is heating or cooking (it will even go below 100 when starting to heat).

However, when not cooking the temp stays at 100F. Is there a way to get the inside temp even when not cooking?
