readonly rich text editor does not show selection or cursor

Describe the bug
Open a project in readonly mode, when you click on the notes field it does not show a cursor or the selection box around the input.

To Reproduce

1. Download a project by code, use the readonly permission
2. open an entry
3. click the note field
4. nothing changes, the field doesn't look focused
5. [alt] click the Display as field
6. press tab, the note field will be highlighted, but there's no cursor.

Expected behavior
The field should be highlighted after clicking it, it would be nice to display the cursor, but it's ok if we can't.

As far as I can tell, normal input fields don't show the cursor either. At least not on Desktop Chrome.

Looks like the cursor doesn't showup on our desktop app either.

Alright, so we should just show the highlighted field? or nothing at all? I'm not sure, right now it's not clear that the view is readonly and I wish it was more clear.
