Unable to receive pictures

Bug description

Pictures do not download (neither automatically nor manually).

This might be related to #5887, but I'm not sure.

Steps to reproduce

• Send a picture to affected recipient
• Wait for the recipient to receive the picture

Actual result: The picture is not downloaded (see screenshot)

Expected result: The picture should be downloaded and displayed.

I'm aware of three recipients, who are affected by this and can't receive images. As far as I know als updates are installed, but I can try to get the data from one of the recipients.

Hi, thanks for reporting. Debug logs from anyone experiencing the issue will be very valuable, along with the timestamp of the affected message. You can get the timestamp by long-pressing on the "Sent" time in the view you screenshotted; it'll copy to the clipboard, and look something like 1758039475123.

And I figured out, what all users with the problem had in common: They where using a signal proxy. I wasn't aware of this in the beginning, because the user I did the tests with actually doesn't need a proxy and I have used this proxy without any issues. But I deactivated the proxy on this phone and it seems to work now.

This still leaves two users, who can't use signal without the proxy. But I now know at least where to look.
