Bug description

Truncated helper text in "Nickname" dialog. When Signal is used in German language the title text is truncated such that the nickname functionality is not clearly explained any more.

The German translation of "NICKNAME_EDITOR_DESCRIPTION" is shortened from
"Spitznamen und Notizen werden mit Signal gespeichert und sind Ende-zu-Ende-verschlüsselt. Sie sind nur für dich sichtbar."
to
"Spitznamen und Notizen werden mit Signal gespeichert und sind Ende-zu-Ende-verschlüsselt. Sie sind nur für".
I.e. only 106 of 121 characters are shown.

As other languages like Greek (el) with 158 characters the longest translation most likely show similar behaviour.

We've gotten reports of various text truncation recently, and we suspect we know what changes it's related to. We'll be looking into a fix. @Nusrat1604063, thank you for your interest, and you're welcome to look yourself, but wanted to flag to avoid you doing duplicate work since we will also be investigating!
