Search mismatch: highlights found, results say ‘No matches’ #6103

Bug description
In the built-in search, the entered keyword is highlighted in the content, but the results panel shows "No matches". The previous/next navigation arrows remain disabled and cannot jump between matches.
Steps to reproduce
- Open any chat, click the profile photo, and click "search".
- Enter a keyword in the search box (e.g., "foo").
- Observe the keyword being highlighted in the content.
- Check the results panel and try using the navigation arrows.
Actual result:
- Keyword is highlighted in the content, yet the results panel displays "No matches".
- Navigation arrows (previous/next) are disabled.
Expected result:
- The results panel lists at least one match, and the navigation arrows allow moving between matches.
