Working tool set of saturnus compiler + titan project manager!

Moving towards stabilization of the API, there are tons of TODO, but the proof of concept is finished. Next releases will be closing pending tasks.

Testing the release

Download the tools, and create a sample project (You can check the example directory on this repo).

Then run:

titan compile

You can see that module packaging is working, but dependency resolution is currently unfinished. Also, there may lack some other aspects of the language such as macros, and other small details.
