Talos Running On Huawei Cloud

Hi, I want to install Talos on Huawei CLoud VM, however there is no image available, I had used ISO image to install talos successfully but I would prefer have a way to create a Huawei Cloud specific talos image.

Or should I assume some of the existing talos cloud image can be used directly on Huawei Cloud since there are cloud-init built in?

Currently the Huawei Cloud VMs created by using ISO image is a temporary ECS meaning I cannot change the VM sizing or change the billing mode afterwards.
