How to recover control plane access if ip changed

Hypothetically, like if talos cluster was moved to new infrastructure and now the ips changed. How could I still access the control planes (as the certificate is now giving an error in talosctl) and as --insecure does not work if talos is not in maintenance mode, how could I access the controlplane each and then add the new ip for the control plane certificate?

Talos manages IP SANs automatically in certificates.

yes, but when the ip of the vm change (network adapter), then the certificate is not automatically created for that new ip (or is it)?
