User volumes timeline

Hello,
I am interested in knowing if user managed partitions on the system disk is still considered to be added to Talos, and if so, what the timeline for the addition looks like?
I know that something like that was referenced in #8367 : "creating additional user-managed partitions on the system disk"
... and that there are alternative ways to create partition (using kubectl debug for example).

So far we know that the first rollout of user-managed disk volumes will appear in 1.10, and more in 1.11 and later.

This is one of the top themes of our development at the moment.

Is it currently possible to say what will come with 1.10 and what with 1.11? wrt. user volumes.
Or point to some place that will list what is expected for the respective releases?

Once we have something merged for the upcoming release, so we know it's 100% there, it appears in the release notes (e.g. for alpha/beta releases), and in the documentation for the future version.

We don't do commitments on features for the upcoming releases at the moment, as priorities might change.

I would like to reiterate that volume management is one of our top priorities at the moment.
