Improve tx-tester #142

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the TxTester is limited by the information provided by the TxBuilderBody. However, with integration of fetcher (/offline fetcher #141) dynamically, some more powerful tests can be implemented.
Describe the solution you'd like
To integrate with fetcher dynamically (preferably after implemetation of offline fetcher #141)
To add testing APIs for TxTester:
- Test for input inline datum
- Test for reference input inline datum
- General other test coverage
