CSS height and disabled editor

If I set the CSS as mentioned in #242, and if the editor is disabled, the scrollbar is disabled too. I can't scroll the content.

Also, if I just disabled the ngx-editor with custom toolbar, the custom toolbar that I set will go away and default toolbar will appear. How we can set scrollable height for the disabled editor?
