Actual behaviour
The PayPal messages in the shopping cart stating that you can pay in monthly installments are not translated, and when you click on the message, the pop-up is also not translated.
Expected behaviour
The messages are translated into English so that English speakers can also understand what is written there.
How to reproduce & Environment
We installed the plugin in our shop, where other plugins are also installed. This test was not performed on a plain system. Then a product was added to the shopping cart and the language was set to English.
