Stucts more uniform

### User story

Structs are used to be consistent over endpoint, request and responses.

To reduce complexity and to have a smaller codebase, we should make structs more uniform over endpoints and versions

### Acceptance criteria

All similar structs should be merged into one
All structures with small deviations should be clarified with PayPal to see if this was intended
