Remove Pymol dependencies #4
Description
Remove pymol dependencies on creating the supercell. See https://github.com/wutobias/xtalmd-scripts/tree/main/xtalmdscripts/supercellbuilding for an example of building supercells instead. Even if using that code, we will need to figure out if it's best to link in the scripts, or copy and modify the scripts for internal use instead.
