Shiny.BluetoothLE.IBleDelegate 3.3.x fires with same value in Android no matter the actual State

I just want to confirm what I am seeing is a known issue for Shiny Android

1. Go to Settings on device and Turn Off Bluetooth
2. See that registered IBleDelgate.OnAdapterStateChanged fires with a value of Disabled
3. Call IBleManager.CurrentAccess within OnAdapterStateChanged and the value returned is Available
4. Go back to Settings on device and Turn On Bluetooth
5. See that registered IBleDelgate.OnAdapterStateChanged still fires with a value of Disabled
6. Call IBleManager.CurrentAccess within OnAdapterStateChanged and the value returned is Available
7. Repeat Step 1 and note that values are still Disabled and Available

It seems that the value for the state argument is always Disabled and the value returned from CurrentAccess is always Available.
This is not seen in iOS, I have tried with the latest 4.x Beta and this is no longer a reproducible problem.

I am currently trying on a Pixel 7 with Android 15
