Shiny Jobs not working on Android When App is closed

Hello all ,

Is there any way to make bg jobs work even app is closed with maui blazor app? it works perfectly when app is open.

 var notificationJob = new JobInfo(Identifier: "NotificationJob", typeof(NotificationJob),
     RunOnForeground: false,
     RequiredInternetAccess: InternetAccess.Any, BatteryNotLow: false, DeviceCharging: false, IsSystemJob: false);
 manager.Register(notificationJob);

 var locationUpdateJob = new JobInfo(Identifier: "LocationUpdateJob", typeof(LocationUpdateJob),
