Notification not showing. Am I missing something?

I have Shiny 3.0 alpha 2.

Have a basic Notification delegate that's not currently doing anything:

public class NotificationDelegate : INotificationDelegate
{
    public Task OnEntry(NotificationResponse response) => Task.CompletedTask;
}

And a very basic Job:

But the notification doesn't show up. Is there some other permission or something I have missed?

Alphas are not being supported at this time

Okay, so this process is completely different from previous supported releases?

I will discuss stable. I discuss previews in discord with sponsors if they are working with specific bugfixes. Alphas are barely finished and lots will change, so I'm not going into any support discussions.

Are you accepting bug reports for the Alphas if currently not listed under the open issues? (different issue)

No because things are going to change. Issues for alphas just become noise.
