Add missing 'OK' Actions to Alarms #467

The following two Alarms appear to not have a matching 'OK' Action. They have a 'Alarm' Action but not an 'OK' Action. Many other Alarms have it.

The 'OK' action is useful in situations where the Alarm has been resolved and we would like a notification to inform us that a resolution has occurred.
