2nd DNS provider?

Will this work with a second DNS provider? I have a situation where DNS is with two different providers. i.e. some on one, others on another. Will this require a 2nd install? how about keyvault? another keyvault too?

Same here... we have public DNS zones in Azure and in Google, however the app shows only the Azure zones. Tried adding the Acmebot:Google:KeyFile64 app setting with the base64 encoded json file, but it did not work, still nothing from the GCP Cloud DNS zones.
It seems we will need to perform a 2nd install.

If the settings are correct, multiple DNS providers will be displayed in the drop-down menu as shown in the image below.

Thank you @shibayan for the quick reply.
In my case, I'm using the Terraform module, and had added the Google app settings as additional_app_settings instead of simply using the google_dns parameter.
Also, instead of Acmebot:GoogleDns:KeyFile64, I informed Acmebot:Google:KeyFile64 in the app settings, which was probably why it did not work.
After fixing the configuration I can see all Google DNS zones in the drop-down.
