Link person to financial transaction #766
Description
A customer raised this and said they'd like to be able to link a person to a financial transaction. This is handy for recording things like vendors on expense transactions, which you can then use to report on.
It would make sense to do this at the same time as #736 as both involve a database change to accountstrx.
