Online From Email Subject

In Sheltermanager hosted, is there any way to customize the subject line of email that is sent to staff/volunteers ("Email submissions to" field) of an online from when one is submitted?

Created an Adoption Application online form and what I am getting is a subject with:

SUBJECT: Form Name - Submitter Name, First Question on the form
Example: SUBJECT: Adoption Application - Name: John Doe, Are you over 18?: Yes

Over 18 is a mandatory check box, so every successful submission will always be "Yes". Much better, at least for us, would be City, State after the user's name, but I cannot find any way or place to change that (without making that the first question).

I'm afraid you can't choose the information which is displayed. If you have fields for animalname and firstname, lastname for the person, these will be used. If not, the answers to the first questions will be displayed instead.
