Mobile-Friendly Form UI?

Our bird rescue makes frequent use of the Forms features built into ASM3, but we find that the standard form does not render well on mobile devices. Is there a way to augment the forms to be more mobile-friendly?

Hi, our standard online form template has media queries to lay things out better on mobile (it stacks the controls vertically, uses the full width, etc), maybe you're using an older template or you've customised your template and it no longer does this?

You can use our default form template by clicking on "Edit Header/Footer" in ASM->Edit Online Forms, then clicking the "Revert to default" button.

Copy the header and footer text into a text editor or something if you have customised your template and want to go back to it.
