Crontab is outputing "Sending all"

Since v49, cron /etc/cron.daily/sheltermanager3, shipped by DEB package, has an output:

Sending all

You fixed it for v47 (see #1359), looks like you're good to fix it again for v49! ;-)

This looks like old debug code that should have been removed. I'll take it out now, thanks for the heads up.
