Clinic, New Appointment For:

When adding a new appointment on the Clinic screen, the FOR field has a dropdown listing all the user accounts in the system. There are only a small number of users that should be listed in the dropdown for the appointment. Mainly the active Vet's or staff in the clinic. There doesen't seem to be a way to limit this right now. It would be nice if we could filter this based on a user role like "vet" or "clinic"
Does anyone have any suggestions. Am I possibly missing something somewhere?

The list should already only be including users who have the "View consulting room" permission in one of their roles.

Thanks Bob that did the trick. Now I just go through all the roles and remove the permission when it isn't needed.
There is one small issue, When a user leaves the shelter, we keep the user record and just disable the login. These users still show up in the dropdown. I'm going to get around this by creating a role just for "View consulting room" and assign it to the people that I want to show up in the list.
