Hello, we are trying to set up adoption applications and checkouts through ASM.
Ive gotten the technical bits all set up with the online forms, the contract template and an email template to display the ts and cs.
However given most of our adoptions happen in foster, I'm a bit unsure about best practice for actually sending out the email for signature. Do folks send out the contract on behalf of Fosters at the time they organize an arrangement to meet the animal? Or are Fosters set up with an ASM account. I dont see any way in the security roles to lock down the cats they can see to just their Fosters or just send through the email. Is this possible?
If not, how is triggering the email contract occurring for other orgs? Do the adoption coordinators do this prior to a meeting or is everything just filled out on paper? We have had issues historically with Fosters returning paperwork so are looking to move away from that.
Similarly if we set everyone up as an adoption coordinator I'm not seeing any settings which would lock down results to just animals associated with their account.
Cheers
Maria
