I'm afraid there isn't a way to choose the person class/type as part of an online form directly. If your form has a surname2 field with a value in it, it will change the resulting person to be a couple. You could lock the width of the first table column in css by using something like:

Creating Online Forms and have a couple questions about how and, before I chase my tail to much, if they can even be done:
Person -> Person Tab -> "Class": Is there any way to set Class to Couple or Organization when using Auto Process to Create User via an Online Form?
Can Online Form -> Checkbox Group be converted to Additional Fields -> Lookup (Multiple Select)? Issue is, when using an Online Form with the Lookup (Multiple Select) fields, it breaks the forms formatting by pushing everything to the left if very many options are selected. (see screenshots below for example). Checkup Groups are much cleaner on forms; however, I cannot find any comparable option in Additional Fields, and cannot see a way to get them to map from one to the other. Without a direct mapping, there doesn't appear to be a way to capture the information on a Person's page, which we'd like to have quick access to under the Person->Additional tab.
Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.
