How can I access our account to pay the ASM hosting fee?

We get the banner notice to renew and usually click that to make the payment. But I would like to change our renewal period from every 3 months to yearly. And also would like to see if way to set up autopay. But I can't seem to find how to do any of this. Thanks in advance. We have ASM4

Hi, I'm afraid there isn't an option to pay automatically, reminder emails are sent with invoices and payment links once the subscription is within 30 days of expiring and these must be paid manually. If you fill in the support form on the website next to where you found the link to the forum and include your account number, we can change the account to annual subscriptions for you. Jon
