Custom category bounds centering

hey im trying to add a custom category to REI for item information but i cant for the life of me get the bounds to stay the right distance from the top navigation buttons, no matter what i try its either too low or too high on different window sizes or GUI scales

can i like actually get some help here, whats the point of this if nobody responds especially since this seems to be the only way to get support
