allow-simultaneous-calls:1 breaks time accounting #13

Description

I'm setting up a new ip-conn-srv and couldn't figure out why all calls had a duration of 0 sec. After doing some troubleshooting, I found that if allow-simultaneous-calls is set to 1 then the call restarts constantly and receive no duration.

I set it back to 0 for now, but I would like to enable this functionality to help with some colliding transmissions.

Thanks
