What is the issue?
Transfer SHM failed on metamask wallet and okx wallet
What impact does the issue have?
Can't complete existing quests and the worse can't claim daily XP
How to reproduce the issue?
Explain in as much detail as possible to help reproduce the bug:
-All quests on the website must transfer SHM, but the transfer fails whether you use the Metamask wallet or OKX wallet.
-Regular transfers using metamask or OKX to random addresses also still fail.
-Already using a new profile, aka no cache, and re-downloading Metamask Wallet and OKX Wallet, the results still fail.
-Using another device and downloading new metamask wallet and OKX wallet still doesn't work
What other resources can you share regarding this issue?
