How to add MIDI DIN out to a second hand board

Hi,
I just bought a second hand board with push buttons, rotary knobs and a micro-USB plug. OpenDesk 7.4.4 is on the RPi Pico H. Everything works fine, thanks for your hard work you all!
My question now: where would I solder my MIDI DIN in and out?

Oh sorry again: nothing special component wise, just the H has presoldered pins.

Hi, I noticed what may be a discrepancy between the pin numbers. At first I was not sure but the pico.yaml file seems to confirm my thoughts:

• the official TX and RX pins are respectively the first and the second (see here);
• the page you pointed me to (https://github.com/shanteacontrols/OpenDeck/wiki/Raspberry-Pi-Pico#din-midi) is the other way around, but I thought «why not, they may just invert the usual choice, as long as it's correctly programmed in the software»;
• but after investigating the pico yaml file I found out that the official way is used.

So maybe the docs should be fixed to MIDI in -> GP1 and MIDI out -> GP0?

I'd like to test it but I have other problems with my board now.
