Q: SIP003 plugins install. Need a little help.

Have shadowsocks-libev working.
Was looking for a SIP003 plugin.
Which is the easiest to set up and use? Any recommendations? Since I have shadowsocks-libev running, I was hoping to find something I could just install but could do fresh if required.

I tried Cloak with this installer: https://github.com/HirbodBehnam/Shadowsocks-Cloak-Installer/tree/master

Does the installer do a full setup? I attempted it again after removing all of shadowsocks. Same result.

Does the installer handle the full setup or am I to manually setup the other parts on the server? Do I have to add users?
Assuming: [ck-server-linux-arm64-v2.7.0] is the correct one for a Arm Compute Instance.
