I don't think a template repo would help, since most of our repos are now created. Though it's a good idea for future projects.

The linting package could work, but I'm curious to know how we can modify extensions per project. For instance we are using jest to test in gurmukhi-utils, and it's very heavily test oriented, so we've added a test extension to that.

If we have a monster list of suggested extensions, it becomes hard for a user to know which ones they should be using for a project (and would they want to just install all of them?)

We've added these in #14, but we need to figure out a way of centralising/syncing them.
