New version 1.24 with better user awarness and better TNC/service connectivity

New version 1.24 is released with the focus on better incoming transmissions user awareness to mimic ordinary handheld radio transceiver behavior:

• Added option to run application above the lock screen, so when user clicks on the phone power button and application was on the top of the screen then there is no need to unlock the key guard, application will be visible immediately
• Added option to automatically switch screen ON when application is at the top, with previous option combination your app will be visible on incoming transmission and it will be possible to reply immediately
• Added option to make incoming notification when application is invisible and there is incoming transmission, it will cause application to raise and appear on the top of the screen, on some new devices it will just cause popup notification
• Application will not start re-connection if foreground service is already connected
