Description
Right now you can test equality between two AdmissibleTuples, but it would be good to test of two AdmissibleTuples could be tested for equivalence and if so produce an explicit map between them. One can extend this idea to FidicualDatum types as well. One can extend this to other equivalence relations that we're interested in. For example, testing if two explicit SICs or ghosts are equivalent with respect to the extended Clifford group. This would also facilitate a comparison with lists of SICs compiled by, e.g., Scott and Grassl.
