Need help building musl binary in ubuntu 22.04 #2411

Dear openssl rust crate community,
I have a github pipeline to build binaries for linux gnu and linux musl, for some reason the binary for musl fails because it can't find libssl/openssl

Make sure you also have the development packages of openssl installed.
