X-Frame Options

Sorry if this is a dumb one, I'm trying to use serversideup/php:8.2-fpm-nginx for a laravel project. For some reason X-FRAME-OPTIONS is already set to SAMEORIGIN (without any php and/or nginx conf to do so). Am I missing something?

found it on /etc/nginx/server-opts.d/security.conf
