Configure tagging for specific versions of PHP

Problem

• The PHP versions provided by ppa:ondrej/php are not able to be locked into specific PHP patch versions

Proposed Solution

The following changes are proposed to solve the problem above.

Change tagging structure

• Break the image tags into their own images

Current:

serversideup/php:{{version}}-{{variation-name}}

# Example: If I wanted to run PHP 8.0 with FPM + NGINX
serversideup/php:8.0-fpm-nginx

Proposed:

serversideup/php-{{variation-name}}:{{php-version}}

# Example: If I wanted to run PHP 8.0.14 with FPM + NGINX
serversideup/php-fpm-nginx:8.0.14

👉 Things to research

1. How would tagged releases (version numbers from our own GitHub) work?

Possibly change out ppa:ondrej/php for something else

To my knowledge, there is not a way to define a specific patch version number to install with ppa:ondrej/php.
