Adding authentication to msmtp

Should'nt we add authentication alongside MSMTP_RELAY_SERVER_HOSTNAME and MSMTP_RELAY_SERVER_PORT?

MSMTP_RELAY_SERVER_TLS: "on"

MSMTP_RELAY_SERVER_USERNAME: email@example.com

I would love to see support for authentication and TLS encryption.
If the code above is alright, then make a PR? Otherwise I can try to do that (I haven't really looked at the code yet).
