Profile updates should notify clients (profile update subscriptions) #1
Description
Good example is nickname changes. Those should instantly notify other clients.
- Implement ProfileUpdate message
- Implement ProfileUpdateSubscribe message
- Implement ProfileUpdateUnsubscribe message
- Implement profile update subscription logic
