What happened?

1. Namespace information is not displayed on the Nacos configuration page by default.
2. After the key or group generation rule is modified, the verification rule is not modified.

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

1.When using the Nacos configuration center, if you do not click to query the configuration on the configuration management page and directly click to add a new configuration to jump to the details page, the namespace will not be displayed.
2.When adding a new route configuration and modifying the key rule to a global rule, you still need to fill in the service.
