Error message:  always_run_lsmr_preconditioner not found in class FixedEffects

Hi,

I am using stata 18 and installed ftools, reghdfe, ppmlhdfe

Then I tried to run ppmlhdfe but got the error message below

I would be gratefull for any advice.
