Very long message handling

Hi, thank you before for this extension.

As the application error log can contain very very long content, sometimes the message is declined by Telegram.

In the API documentation, I had just checked that actually Telegram's maximum message length is 4096 characters.

Is there any kind of properties maybe, so that long message can be truncated & Telegram gladly receive it?
