Allow reports to be published on Elastic-Minio

After the case analysis an evidence bookmarking, the report generated by IPED could be published in and Elastic/Minio repository.

The Elastic and Minio configuration could be presented somehow in the Report Dialog for selection/change, so the report processing result data would be also redirected to these services.
